The people who make it and/or the ad agency seem to know what perfect numbers are (at least one of them, anyway). Some of the phrases go like "28 - it's the perfect number", "the perfect drink". A new way to educate the populace about math while they're drunk? How about some new products based on numbers: 23 - The Prime Wine Give him 666 Cologne for X'mas. It'll bring out the beast in him.
