 The Dyna C package is being sold only by FLH for Dynasoft Systems Limited
 of Windsor Junction, Nova Scotia.  It like Dugger's is a direct spinoff
 of Ron Cain's Small C; though I am told that it does work and produces
 somewhat better code than Dugger's.
 
 The price of the compiler is due to drop to @$99 shortly and is
 being pushed by FLH as a means to standardize software that he
 handles.
