Could use some help with a paper I'm giving on relationships between micro
users and mini/mainframe systems.  Such stuff as unreasonable demands by
micro owners; or, the converse, "pull up the wagons in a circle" attitudes
by system operators.  Complete confidentiality guaranteed, of course, and
