  For the TI 99/4a owners, here are two addresses which may be useful.
I own a 99/4a and use both of the below, but otherwise have no interest
in either (i.e. the standard disclaimer).  In addition, neither has
formal ties to TI (but the User's Group has strong *informal* ones).

  The 99'er Magazine          A monthly magazine that has good articles
  P.O. Box 5537             and advertisements for software and hardware.
  Eugene, Oregon  97405     Current price is $25/yr.

  International 99/4 Users Group     A Users Group with both a publication
  P.O. Box 67                      (monthly?) and a program exchange.  The
  Bethany, OK  73008               exchange library has hundreds of programs,
                                   but are users' contributions and are
                                   generally not stellar.  Programs are $3
                                   apiece or 4 free if you submit one.
