In (mild) defense of the fellow submitting the T-shirt ad, it
looks as if he most likely submitted it before receiving your
policy statement.  Such is the way of USENET--some messages,
especially on sites several nodes from USENET `backbone' sites,
can take over a week for turnaround.  Makes the ol' US Mail
look good...

Regardless, he `shudda known better'...
