I'm not certain but I think this may leave a "hanging job" on your host. The @I 5 command to set the TAC for control-E intercept works fine with KERMIT for text files and when you are done the TAC reverts to the normal "@" intecept for the next caller so no one will be unhappy with you changing the intercept character for the duration of your connection. --Keith
