	I have a modem that will operate at 1200 baud, but is not
smart enough to emulate a hayes. I would like help in setting up the 
'SETUP' commands to use this modem. I have MBASIC and SuperSoft 'C'
compilers. I am a novice at personal computers, and would appreciate
any help from anyone.
