TE-100FT by Persoft is an excellent VT102 emulator than I can highly reccomend.
While there are other emulators around, Persoft's is a truly "full" emulation
and the inclusion of the insert and delete line function (the difference between
a vanilla VT100 and a VT102) is valuable if you have any full screen applications
