I was watching this TERRIBLE movie called something like "The Day the
Market Crashed" (Robert Vaughan + some nonentities), and ran across
this line (or rather, it ran across me):

A hard-nosed financier who is manipulating the market is having an
argument with his semi-alcoholic wife, who is accusing him of having
gotten rich off the sufferings of others.  At one point, she says,

	One day, you'll pay for this.

To which he replies, flintily:

	I can afford it.
