Has anyone seen or hopefully fixed a problem where, after using postnews,
something spits out "can't get working directory"? It seems to be associated
with the "L" flag, as the msg comes out 5 times, and there are 5 sites
we use the "L" flag on.

I am running 2.10 news (someday I'll install 2.10.1) and the 4.2 BSD uucp
under V7 on an 11/70.
