In the December issue of "Atlantic" is an excellent little article on the
political and economic situation in South Korea.  It is by Sanford J. Ungar,
the NPR journalist, and raises the question: "Now, when South Korea's
economic success is costing the jobs of Americans, South Koreans wonder if
we would fight for them again."
