Orwell's name has been bandied about (the apposite '60's term is `co-opted') by every quantum of the political spectrum. People should read the whole essay before taking some kind of intellectually prideful satisfaction in apoliticality from the apparent gist of that line. Otherwise, what are we all talking for?
