I don't think that is sufficient reason to keep people from engaging in an activity, or to discriminate against such people in areas not affected by said activity. The problem with making contra-survival activities `wrong' is that a large percentage of the American leisure time activities (playing football, drinking carbonated waters, reading netnews, praying) are contra-survival. Since our capitalistic system (Finagle ignore it) has been increasing the amount of leisure time we have, and will probably continue to do so in the future, we are going to have even more time to do dangerous things in the future. If you are planning to make contra-survival a bad thing in and of itself, you had better come up with something else to do during that time that people won't object to.
