Yes, that exists, but the cross training process takes several years
to complete and requires a monthly (weekly?) roll to see if there has
been a breakdown of discipline.

I couldn't find the rule in either the new or old rules.  Probably in
a back issue of "The Journal of the Travellers' Aid Society."
