If you're having problems finding a particular SF book at your local
bookstore (as in the complaint about Bantam and SUNDIVER), try

They are mostly a wholesale distributor, but will sell to anyone.
There is a postage and handling charge, but they give good discounts
for large orders (10% for over $10, 20% for over $25, 25% for over $100)
and have virtually all SF/fantasy/horror that is in print, including
specialty publishers (well, sometimes they're back-ordered on some items).
Many of us in NJ use them on a fairly regular basis. Call or write them
