     Unless Clarke and Heinlein wrote stories excessively similar, the story
that was reported to be in Fantasia Mathematica about an architect building a
house in the shape of a tesseract that collapses is the story "And He Built A
Crooked House" by Robert Heinlein. 

     Of course, I may be wrong.....
