It assumes you know nothing about tax. Total course time for the novice is ~10 hours. If anyone is interested in trying it out, drop me a line and I'll send you the phone number. Access is free, but you have to make your own phone call to Toronto. It helps if you have a VT100 or lookalike, but it's not crucial. Phone link is 1200 or 300 baud.
