Some of you may have noticed on this month's bills that we have finally
done what we've been threatening for a long time:  we're charging for
use of the Sanders now.  Rates and so forth are subject to change, as we
are still sorting out the accounting details, but the basic principle
will be recovery of our costs (mostly the cost of the ribbons).  The
final price will be in the neighborhood of 8-10 cents per page.  (Note
that if you need multiple copies, it's probably cheaper to run off a
single copy and then xerox it.)
