Our local cable company decided to do routine maintainence about 7 seconds before landing !!!! { Fortunately, we had a semi-working earth station. } Why, why, WHY can't some do-gooder channel like C-SPAN; or at least someone with idle transponder time, do this ? I'd like to see all the uninterrupted video and hear all the audio transmissions without some stupid announcer cutting off the good parts. What a way to build American interest in the space programme ! --David { decvax!duke!mcnc!unc-c!dya }
