I don't know what you did, but I place two washed potatoes on a sheet of
paper towels and cook them on high for 6-8 minutes. Then take them out and
wrap them in aluminum foil for another 5 minutes. They come out perfect
every time! (With more potatoes, double cooking time with double amount)
