Another regional dish is served up in that state of contrasts, New Jersey.
(with the Delaware Watergap and Stokes State forest on one side and
something else (ugh) on the other).  This is charcoaled Italian sausage
as served on the Boardwalk.  Served on Italian roll with grilled onions
and green peppers.  Superb.
