hmmmm....
	I heartily second the endorsement of Mollie Katzen's cookbooks
``The Moosewood Cookbook'' and ``The Enchanted Broccoli Forest''.   I'd
rate both of them MMMMM! (the second is a bit fancier).   Anna Thomas
has a nice pair of cookbooks entitled ``The Vegitarian Epicure'', with the
second one (II) being the best.   But I prefer Katzen's books.
