I met a lady from Australia, and we had an interesting conversation about how we were taught to eat avodados. My parents taught me to cut the avocado in half (with skin on), remove seed, sprinkle soy sauce in the middle, and eat with a spoon. Her parents taught her to peel and slice the avocado, then layer the slices with crushed ice and sugar, for a light dessert.
