     I would like to thank all those individuals who posted articles and
sent letters in response to my inquiry.  Sad to say, it seems that most
"vegetarian" cookbooks rely heavily on dairy products to supply adequate
protien in the diet.  (I haven't found a copy of The Farm Cookbook, yet.)
