My fovorite micro-wave recipe is called "hot chocolate".  I
use it all the time, especially during the cold winter months.
take 1 mug and put 1 or two spoonfuls of cholate milk mix and
add to it a semi-mug ful of milk.  put this in the mv for about
2.75 min.s  then drink.    yum.
