The recent floating discussion of education doesn't really have a proper
home.  Net.cse is inappropriate since the talk has been about primary
education in general, not CS education;  net.flame doesn't seem right
since some people, at least, are talking about positive experiences as
well as negative ones.

On ut-sally, at least, net.kids has been created but is still empty.
Isn't education one of the topics for which net.kids was created?  Why
don't we move this discussion there?
