JJ,
	I posted my proposed fixes to net.politics about a week ago.
So far, the only peson who has replied to me is umcp-cs!velu. maybe
nobody else is interested, maybe everybody is too tired, and maybe
the nefarious uucp ether got it. 

I don't know how to change a huge conglamorate which is interested in
perserving itself when what i want to do is dismantle it. I would love
to find out. I am morally opposed to the use of guns and bombs and other
devices that kill people in my goals however, so civil war is out.
