Certainly the use of neutron bombs will not result in the destruction of the world directly, only if the use of neutron bombs results in the use of other nuclear weapons of much greater force. There are numerous other nuclear weapons which also would not cause the destruction of the world, namely nuclear submarines, the nuclear x-ray laser weapons and others.
