There is no doubt that the Supreme Court has jursidiction on what may
constitute grounds for impeachment.  The Court has jurisdiction on all
actual cases which involve interpretation of the Constutution.  Now it
may be that the Court will decide that "high crimes and misdemeanors" ==
"anything Congress doesn't like", but that doesn't affect who makes the
decision.
