I seem to recall an issue of Dr. Dobb's Journal, where some fellow, also
upset over the 68000 instruction set, designed a new set of instructions
and provided the code in his article. This was sometime last Winter, I believe.

Those interested should skim though the latest year-end-collected-issue-edition
of Dr. Dobb's Journal (such issues contain all the articles of all the issues
of a given year,but without commercial interruption.) If the article appeared
since Jan. 1983, then one must dig though all the issues of this year or wait
until the next collected edition comes out.
