the following was obtained from ABC radio network, and confirmed by BBC
short wave:

the provisional government of GRENADA (established by the US)
has established as of Nov 9, the following 3 rules:

*  public meetings of large groups of people are banned.

*  grounds for arrest have been relaxed.
   (anonymous tips are now grounds for arrest.)

*  laws allowing the censorship of the press have been enacted.
