Yes, there are other chocolate lovers on the net.  We generally
discuss this subject on net.cooks.  The Boston area has several
excellent chocolate manufacturers, the best known is probably
Harbor Sweets in Salem MA.  They do ship and have a catalog.

Truffles are very easy to make.  I posted a recipe last year
and would be happy to repost if there are any requests.
