My wife's family made the DeMet chocolates in Chicago.
One of their inventions was the DeMet Turtles - not truffles.
They sold the business 15 or 20 years ago, however, one of the
results is that none of them can eat even the fancy,. high-priced
chocolates now being sold around here.  Even some of the in-laws
such as me, have trouble with the commonly available junk.
