No, resurrected characters will not be killed by a Dispel Magic, because
they are not magic.  The spell effects of Resurrection (or whatever) are
permanent, as in a Heal spell, or Cure Light Wounds, etc.  However, some
forms of undead that were created unnaturally (e.g. by Animate Dead ??)
may be dispelled if the spellcaster is of high enough level.

In general, I believe that any spell which has "permanent" effects
can not really be dispelled.  The exceptions to this rule are those
spells which specifically state that they are "permanent until
dispelled," or other spells which indicated that there is a field
of magic which is in effect permanently.

For example, if your character somehow lost a point of Wisdom, and
was able to regain it via a Wish, that is a permanent, natural restoration.
But if a magic item is used to artificially boost wisdom, the field
of that item might stand a chance of being dispelled.

By the way, someone else mentioned that they allow Dispel Magic to
be focussed on specific items or spells.  That's the way I run it --
it will be an area effect spell if they don't specify otherwise.
As another aside, did you realize that a Detect Magic can be used
to spot an invisible character/object (unless it is so due to nonmagical
reasons).  The invisible-ized character glows just like any other
magic field in the area of the Detect Magic's effect.  (Sometimes those
guys are too clever for me....)
