Its first publication is also available - a bibliography on the reliability of military computer systems associated with detection and execution of nuclear attacks. The non-profit group is a national organization whose main purpose is to educate its members, political leaders and the general public about computer technology as it pertains to the arms race. Yearly membership is $20 ($10 for students). To join or obtain a copy of the bibliography, write to Computer Professionals for Social Responsibility, Box 717, Palo Alto, CA. 94301. CPSR has chapters in Palo Alto, Berkeley, San Jose, Boston, Madison and Seattle.
