======================  N O T I C E  ======================

Several people have commented on the bulletins.  Thanks to
all for the nice words.  Bulletins are sent pretty much
as received.  Fills are made where obvious, but I don't check
each transmission with a fine tooth comb.

The bulletins a placed on the net using all lower case rather
than upper case because lower case is easier to read.  If someone
would be so kind as to provide me with a filter that will
convert the first letter in each sentence and all prosigns
to caps I would be happy to pass all data through it before posting
to the net.  However, I am not willing to take to time to go
through it by hand.  Finally, sending the bulletins using all
uppercase is out of the question.
