Here is a note of interest to members of large employer
sponsered radio clubs from Steve Ewald of ARRL.

Begining December 1st, 1983,  the rule that an employee of
a company may not administer a novice exam to another employee
of the same company will be dropped.  All other constraints
remain the same.
