Times, 10/31, p.D8. According to analysts at Salomon Brothers, and assuming that future legislation will not affect access charges, the "new" AT&T stock package will be worth about $68 a share. Probably around February, they say, the new AT&T will trade at $18.75 per share; Nynex at $68-70; Bell Atlantic $70-72; BellSouth $100; Ameritech $66-68; Southwestern Bell $68-70; USWest $64-66; and Pacific Telesis Group $48-50.
