   While this might not apply to a majority of the net-landers...

   Would it be possible for companies out there to start listing any summer
internships availables? You rarely find these on the net, and it would
appear that this would be a good way for a company looking for summer interns
at the graduate or advanced undergraduate level to find people. Now is the
time to start posting notices about such positions, possibly with repeats in
a few months if you don't find anyone. It might also be a good idea to include
some distribution information about the internship, e.g. is it o.k. for people
on the net to post the intern notice in the local placement office.
