1. There are books of clean jokes (Yes, I've even seen them at
supermarkets.

2. Make yourself the butt of the joke and you shouldn't offend anyone.
   ("Happy is he who can laugh at himself...")

3. They that boast are fair game for that which they boast
   (like Texans and everything BIG)

4. For your morning exercises, try this:
   UP, DOWN, UP, DOWN, UP, DOWN, UP ...
