	ihnp4 has over 80 netnews connections and advertizes over 600 mail
	connections, so the number of news connections is greater than a tenth
	of its (mail) connections.
Yeah, but ihnp4 has this huge IBM system to send the news out to the 80
neighbors!  ihnp4 is a special case and no other machine on Usenet is
quite like it.
