I have to agree wholeheartedly that the Atari toll free is used for a lot
more than complaining about non-working equipment.  I have called a few
times myself to find out about the availability of new products, etc.
They have always been courteous and helpful.  They have never complained
that I used their toll free number for such frivilous activities.
