I'm using one right now, and have been for several weeks, with great success.
It's called:
			SmarTerm(tm)/PC
			    TE100-FT
		  VT100 Series Terminal Emulator
			      with
		  ASCII and Binary File Transfer

Available from: Persoft, Inc., 2740 Ski Lane Madison, WI 53713, (608) 233-1000.

Though I have yet to use the file transfer features, I was able to configure
the program to run with our VAX-11/780 (Berkeley 4.1) in about 5 minutes.  I'm
still having a small problem with vi(1), I suspect the problem is with vi(1) and
will be remedied with a new version.
