I'll put in a good word for Diamond Software Supply.  They don't seem to know
how to handle customs declarations (next time, I'll be painfully explicit),
but they have good prices, never charge one's credit card until they ship,
ship from stock the next day, and, best of all, are genuinely friendly and
helpful.  They have an 800 number (tho' that's no good from Canada of course)
which can be found in most any PC or PC World.
