As a former Vega owner (much to my dismay), I can tell you that while the
Vega will not explode upon being tailgated, it will eat oil like no other
glutton.  Yes, it will rust, and I hear Vegas have the tendency to overturn
upon contact.  In short, the h and the v are equivalent, standing for
"handicapped" and "Vega Owner".

PS: just so you logicians don't bother flaming, I'll correct myself:
    rather than h <==> v, v ==> h.  OK?
