Can someone please tell me what the term "lambda" has to do with being gay?
There was a radio program in this area (Cleveland) called "Radio Free Lambda",
which, I assume, is derived from "Radio Free Europe", etc.  But what does
lambda have to do with it?  My only guess is that it is a "Greek" letter?  :-\
