Those discussions have little to do with being gay. When I have my basic civil rights, then I will worry about religion. Until then, I am concerned with finding an employer who does not discriminate on the basis of sexual preference. I am concerned with finding a landlord who does not discriminate on the basis of sexual preference. I am concerned with equal protection under the law regardless of sexual preference. After that, I will be concerned with being able to express my affection with whom I choose in the privacy of my own home. After that I might be concerned with arguing that God made me and that God loves me and whether or not I am more of a sinner than someone else. box9294
