I just finished scanning the news up at wivax, and I've come across
LOTS of items (most of them mine, and others from bbncca) which have
the path:

	decvax!duke!phs!user@BBNCCA.ARPA

All of these news items are duplicates of earlier postings, and they
are distinguished by having the original news header as past of the
body of the duplicate message.  I don't even have a direct UUCP connection
to phs from bbncca, so I'm at a loss to explain this.  News goes out to
decvax and wjh12; that's all.

Anybody have any clues?
