Subject: San Diego Sites Are Back On the Net Again

Since the time that San Diego switched its news feed a month or two
ago, all articles originating at San Diego sites were lost before
reaching the outside -- however all incoming news was reaching us,
creating the (false) impression that the net was working.  This
condition has proven to be quite confusing for all parties involved.
People on the outside wondered why verbose and gabby people on the
inside were contributing none of their usual volume of articles, while
people on the inside kept wondering why none of the verbose and gabby
people on the outside were paying any attention to their firmly stated
views.  This arguably unfair situation has now been rectified.

In ten words or less: we're back on the net!
