I have two male cats, and one started hanging OVER the side of the box
when urinating. I asked the vet about it, and she said it could be a
territorial thing. She suggested getting another litter box so each could
have one. I have a friend who did this with her two cats and it worked.
Try another litter box placed away from the first, and introduce the suspect
cat to it. Otherwise, I'd suggest consulting your vet.
